Our baby used it from 0-6 weeks until we noticed he put the ring on the back of his head! It doesn't have a flat spot but what there was is a lot worse, I would have preferred it had a flat spot! We're going to the doctor in two days, I hope he doesn't need a helmet now! We should at least get our money back for this stupidity. Dissatisfied.

Foam support is missing from the head and legs, you need to switch the velcro to the crescent shaped pillow or to the head to support it, or move the velcro to make it support the body part of the leg . Disappointing that the picture shows both the top and bottom support for a newborn. I'm sure there are better support systems out there that do exactly what they're supposed to do.

I was a bit disappointed when I opened it. The photo shows that it supports the head better, but it's really flat and not quite like the photo. I wouldn't have paid 24.99 for it if I happened to stumble across it in a store and actually saw what it is. Was hoping it would do the trick but again a bit disappointed with this purchase. On the plus side, it's soft and the material it's made of has a nice texture.

We bought this to keep it in place with crib wedges. It was great at first, but over time the velcro pad and leg brace disappeared. We had to staple them together and it didn't work. I keep waking up to the baby crying because he actually fell on the back of his crib. In the end I decided to just get rid of it. It's easy to wash, but requires an extra load of laundry because you have to wash it on a gentle cycle. Everything was fine for a month, but I would not recommend this brand, the quality
