Foam support is missing from the head and legs
Foam support is missing from the head and legs, you need to switch the velcro to the crescent shaped pillow or to the head to support it, or move the velcro to make it support the body part of the leg . Disappointing that the picture shows both the top and bottom support for a newborn. I'm sure there are better support systems out there that do exactly what they're supposed to do.
