These boxes may have 8x13 lids but the bottom and sides are two inches smaller. I need them to store my magazines but I have to roll them up to fit. There is no return information, not even on the shipping label.

As a result, the largest item that fits on the bottom of this box has a footprint of 6" x 11", which is much smaller than 8.15" x 13.5". Otherwise this is a good bag. I just didn't ask for the size below before purchasing.
