Great product but not 14" as listed here. I've tried fitting them into my 14.5" shelf but they don't fit. Her height is 14.6 inches. When trying to return the product they did not pay for the shipping cost (which they stated in writing) which is important considering they are two large boxes. Terrible customer service experience.

These are the perfect pouches! 25 liters is a great volume. They fold into each other and the body of the bag hides the contents, but not completely. The customer support is AMAZING! Not overly verbose, but quick, polite, and courteous within reason. Delivery was great too. Arrived early with no external damage or stains. Thanks!

I sent them back and they replaced them but this time the bottom one was broken. i need her now I don't know if I should send them back (they were better packed this time, but the bottom one still came broken).
