Diamonds turned out well for body jewelry

My wife wore these for a few days and one of the diamonds fell out. 2 more fell out over the next few days, I took it to the jeweler to have it fixed. They said it would be very expensive to secure all the diamonds in place. They also told me that it will continue even if I exchange it for a new one.
