I bought this for my daughter before her first day of school to remind her of us when she's gone. She loved it, but after about a week her skin turned green where the necklace is. Some research has shown that it may contain high levels of silver and possibly more copper. But I will find another chain to attach a nice locket to, otherwise it would be great.

I bought this locket for my sister, she had life threatening surgery, I wanted to put a photo of me and my brother in it, and the locket is so small that we can't put photos in it, I'm very disappointed in my product, I would send it back but I didn't have the note in my pocket that I wanted to send back. I love this necklace. Now the quality of the images is just amazing. A few things I didn't like was the chain it came with so I bought another one you can see in the picture. It also had scratches around the heart inside, which you can clearly see in the picture. Because of those two things, I only gave him 3 hearts.

I gave this product two stars because it was beautiful and the photos in it looked great. BUT the chain arrived broken :( The chain was actually split in half. The clasp to open the chain was broken. I was so upset because I got it for my daughter's 13th birthday and didn't have time to do anything else Have I didn't get a refund either so while it's nice I wouldn't order from them again!

I've been waiting for this decoration for a month. I thought they met my needs when I looked at the shipping details. Delivery details began with "Label started, item awaiting". it was the same status for several weeks. When he comes, I can rate him better. It was literally a Mother's Day gift. These lockets are great (I have gold, silver and rose gold - the silver lasts the longest and is my favorite). These are small lockets that only open 90 degrees but are very pretty! I ordered this for my best friend as her father recently passed away and I thought a picture of him and her wearing this necklace would make her happy and it really is. The image was very clear, not blurry, although the image I originally had wasn't too sharp. The chain was actually the same as in the picture. I was very happy with it.

Took a little while but that's to be expected as it was made to order. The images become very small and the print quality of the images is excellent.

It wasn't as big as I thought it would be, but my eyes aren't that big. Having hearts on the back is cute too. All in all it was a nice gift.

Excellent quality, my favorite necklace. The chain that came with it was quite small and broke after a few days of wearing, but it's easy to replace. The locket itself is beautiful and the image inside is of high quality and not just a flimsy piece of paper. I get so many compliments on it. Not super bulky, but not refined and delicate either. I like it.

I bought two lockets, one for my mother-in-law whose husband died and one for my grandmother whose husband also died. They were the best gift they ever gave them, knowing that they will always cherish them because they love their husbands so much.
