Service and delivery were great, but heart urn is very small

This necklace is pretty, but as stated in other reviews - the heart urn part of the necklace is very small and because of the overall size of the necklace - the writing on it is difficult to read. I have never worn the necklace that I got when my husband passed way last year and I doubt that I will ever wear this one which I purchased for my daughter, but I will probably keep it and add something else that is more substantial (perhaps something with her thumbprint) to the chain as a keepsake.

  • The necklace is relatively expensive compared to other jewelry options, which may deter customers on a budget

Screw closure does not stay shut!

Don't put your loved ones ashes in this necklace, because the screw closure unwinds as you wear it and the ashes will all fall out! The silver heart is beautiful but as an urn it does not function. You could also lose the heart if it unwinds and falls when you are not aware of it. The funeral home even tried to glue it shut and that did not work!

  • Very pretty but lettering very small that you can hardly read it. Not real good quality.

Nice unit but hard to read and even though I had the size it seems very small.

So it is easy to fill and quality ok but it sure is hard to read and seems very small. The necklace is not very long for a mid size person. I still think it is a good value when considering the funeral home wanted over $300 for cremation jewelry.

Special ❤️ best in my review

So Special. Absolutely Love this neck with my dear grandma’s ashes in it. It is secure and durable. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to put someone’s specials ashes in something to wear everyday.
