Broke while wearing

The bracelet broke while my daughter was wearing. She is very sad, she absolutely loved this bracelet. How do we contact seller for refund?

Broke on First Wear

Purchased this for my daughter in July. She wore it for the first time this weekend and within an hour a stone fell out and then the chain broke.

Fell apart within a day, requested a return (which was sent immediately- I do appreciate that) but then the second one fell apart within hours.
