Second try is worse than first

I really want a filing cabinet like this. Looked good online but when it arrived the bottom drawer was crispy. This happens and is easy enough to return and change an order. What came is not even the product I ordered. Instead of a two-drawer cabinet, this is two single-cell folders taped together---which collapsed when unpacked. POOH! I'm coming back late so it seems like I'm stuck here. Buyers of anything from this company, please note.

Both drawers must not be locked.

Everything is fine with the filing cabinet. It's light and very portable, but the locking isn't very good. You have to move the key in the top drawer and none of the keys will lock the bottom drawer. At the moment I have a filing cabinet that only locks from the top. This poses a hazard as I have heavy objects and chemicals that need to be locked away as I am a licensed foster mom. Placing heavy objects on top may cause the filing cabinet to tip over when opened. I need to get it workingโ€ฆ

Pretty to look at but sticky boxes

I haven't read the other reviews and am wondering if I would buy this product if I read them. I mounted the wheels right away. When I tested it, I noticed that the drawers didn't slide out smoothly. I was hoping that might change after filling. Although they don't appear "sticky" as much, they are far from easy to pull out. I almost returned it, especially for the price - for a plastic case with such a high price I would have expected better performance. Does anyone know any tricks to makeโ€ฆ

I think it will do. I'm just not going to put anything important on the top drawer.

I bought this to keep my personal files more organized and centralized. Although the cabinet was dusty and dirty (which I can understand if it came from stock), the wheel assembly was fairly easy and opening the box wasn't difficult. I assumed the box would be metal as I didn't read the description and read that it is made of polypropylene so I find it a little flimsy and am concerned that the plastic will start to bend under force. files and paper over time. My biggest disappointment is thatโ€ฆ
