I love that it's so compact it's easy to store anywhere, it snaps easily onto large or small pots and drains and is super easy to close to clean.

I liked it, although the non-stick cookware I used had cracks. It was a little difficult to attach it to the pot. Had to return due to problems. I won't buy it again because of the chips.

Not very. The part broke before I used it. Not sure if it's because I cleaned it before using it, but I noticed it while making pasta the other day. Overall, it just didn't work the way I expected. Traditional filters honestly work a lot better.

The concept is good, but in practice this strainer does not work. It stays in the pan well, but it's not very high, so the fried food falls right over the top edge. Very frustrating. It's easier to just drain through the pot lid. It will be returned.

I usually use a saucepan lid or a plastic colander with a handle to drain pots. That meant you only had one hand holding the pot. This is great because you have two hands free! It's easy to wash. Takes up much less space than a colander.

Doesn't work well with a big pot to drain everything in. I had to use the pot lid to pour out the water. If you only cook small to medium pots, as long as they are not deep, this is perfect for you. For me it's a waste of money. I'll stick with my sieve.

Just received today. The plastic smells horribly of chemicals. You can smell it from 3 meters away. I washed it with Dawn dish soap and put it outside in the hot Tennessee sun to see if that would take away the chemical smell. If not, it will be returned. I can't stand it next to food.

I don't have a dishwasher so I'm constantly doing the horrible job of cleaning a strainer. Heard about this genius way of straining pasta water, so I finally jumped in to get it (it was some of the best value I've seen). And wow, my life has changed. It's so easy to use, easy to clean and its flexible silicone makes it easy to shape pots of any size. I've even used it in a large skillet to strain the fat from the cooked ground beef. Unbelievable.
