The ball is tiny. for healing and relaxation

The ball is tiny, half the size of a tennis ball. Unfortunately the size of the ball is not listed in the product description. I had to ask the seller. OK, otherwise very hard plastic.

Pros
  • tools and equipment for massage
Cons
  • unreliable

Ideal for pressure points

This little ball works on legs, arms and shoulders. It helps relieve leg pain when you have plantar fasciitis, thumb tendinitis, and upper shoulder pain. Not a panacea and you have to use it daily to feel the difference. Hard plastic, about the size of a golf ball, but effective. Also use a green Rubz massage ball. he stays all day.

Pros
  • Massage Balls
Cons
  • Some Bugs

Spring…

Pros
  • Health & Home
Cons
  • Slightly torn
