The team at SPS are very knowledgeable in our industry as well as they have great people skills to help with any issue that we may be having during implementation or ongoing use of this product! They also offer excellent customer service after hours if something comes up unexpectedly (like an outage). I like the way that Strategic Pricing Solutions is able to take a problem and turn it into a solution. I like that they are able to analyze the problem and come up with a solution that is tailored to the client. I also like that they are able to provide a lot of resources and training for the client to use. I dislike that I have not been able to work with them on a project.
