I've had problems with adhesive devices sticking to the windshield or dashboard. When my car is parked, it can overheat. They seem to be stuck and I'll report back when they go bad with the heat.

I have used many 3M products and judging by the quality and packaging of these items I cannot believe they were made by 3M. If they cost more I would report it to 3M but it's not worth my time. Oh, and they didn't stick to my clean dashboard at all.

Bought to attach the cable to the DVR. The clips can be a bit tricky depending on the angle you're trying to unlock them from. They have withstood the California heat and are working as intended. I didn't even dab the area with rubbing alcohol before fixing them, just rubbed the dust with my hand.

) Pros: Small, has not shed since install (1 week at the time of writing) Cons: Weird dual zip, not the easiest to install, one unit had a zipper that didn't unzip properly (this can be fixed with a knife/scissors), a device was not plugged in. Before you order it again, look for a similar product (easier to install).

These clips were just what I needed to hide the DVR cable around the windshield. The 3M tape stuck to the windshield and so far so good. I live in Florida and we've had about 85 degree days and still haven't had a clip falling issue. The cable fit perfectly into the clip but it took me a minute to figure out how to open the clips, once I did the cable slid easily into the clip and snapped shut. I definitely recommend for hiding dashcam cables.
