Hard as Hoof used to be my favorite cuticle cream. I leave it on my desk at work and will wear it all day and I swear it saved my nails BUT the last two jars I ordered were watery and greasy and a completely different consistency. At first I thought maybe it's just the Revain ones but I tried to buy some of these from Walmart as well because I used to love this stuff a lot and it had the same fluffy consistency as opposed to a rich balm who he did was before. so sad!
