I don't usually like flashy clothes/shoes for kids, but these gold Mary Janes are just super cute. Just a pity the back and straps are so hard; Especially the back of the shoe is very hard. It's softer inside, I'm afraid they might cause blisters. Might work for special occasions but probably not for regular use. The fabric of the boot is also tough, but the hole is on the elastic so it doesn't rub. The rubber outsole is great: thick but still flexible and grippy.

Those are ridiculously cute little gold glittery mary jane shoes. The strap helps to hold them without losing or falling off. The sole is well made and helps to avoid slipping. Excellent quality shoes.

These shoes fit perfectly. I was concerned as the style of the shoe is usually large as are the flats but they fit great. They look prettier in real life and the gold color is not too flashy. My daughter has been wearing the Mary Jane Stride Rite for three years now. We have always ordered Hailey's style and have always been satisfied. These lanyards are hard, narrow and uncomfortable. They look and feel cheap as opposed to the usual Stride-Rite quality. Came back and was very disappointed. Terrible shoes.

A bit small because my daughter has wide feet so we had to increase the size. Plus they are fantastic and my daughter loves them. With the increase in size, they fit her very well and she likes to wear them to school.

My daughter loves these shoes! I was looking for something comfortable like sneakers that would go well with the clothes she likes to wear. She has a narrow foot and the Stride Rite always fits her well. These sparkle and bounce!

Light and comfortable for an 18 month walk. They fit tight at the top for fuller legs where the elastic wraps around the opening.

My daughter has been wearing them every day for a few months and they still look great and she says are very comfortable. Her only complaint during her travels and walks around the city was that her heels hurt. Of course we walked 22,000 steps that day so I think shoes would be nice at this point!

We buy Stride Rite shoes almost exclusively because they fit kids well, hold up well, and can often be resold post-season for almost what they were paid for if they weren't warned too harshly. These shoes seem to run small. My daughter was wearing an 11 at the time so I also ordered 11.5 and it was too small. I reordered a size 12. They fit great and there is some room to grow. She wears them to school every day along with her uniform. My only credit (and reason for 4 stars) is that she wore them for a little over 4 months and the lacquer flowers were peeling and worn.

I love these shoes! Beautiful and elegant with my daughter's clothes, but so comfortable that she jumps, runs and climbs in the playground in them. Has cushions and comfort with glamour.

I usually love Stride Rite shoes, but the insoles on this shoe let me down. The insole was so thin that you could feel the bumps and dents on the rubber sole underneath. Honestly I wouldn't buy them in a store but I'll keep them for myself as my granddaughter still loves them.
