Not Worth the Money

After I put it to the test, this styling tool left my hair limp and lifeless. The promised professional quality was nowhere to be found .The only positive aspect was that it did not seem to damage my hair. Unfortunately, the lack of results makes this product not worth the investment..

Every time I use this product, my hair tends to get caught between the heating plate and the body of the straightener, can I return this product?Please advise.Thanks Berta vertical
