If you have a narrow foot, then this shoe isn’t for you. Tons of reviews that I saw said that the shoe ran small. So I ordered a 7.5 instead of a 7. The shoes are too big and too wide. I tried tightening it using the buckle that goes across the top of the shoe; but, I would need to make another hole for it to actually work. I should’ve probably ordered a 6.5 surprisingly! I ordered my normal size and the left foot fit great. The liner in the right shoe felt like it wasn’t in the correct place and the shoe was extremely tight. After pushing around on the liner with my hand I guess the liner got into place cause it fits fine now also, still a little tight around the top of the foot but I can deal with it. These shoes are kinda of narrow so heads up for people with wider feet.

In defense of the product, it came QUICKLY. It was packaged well and each boot was in its own little wrapper. The boots themselves are very flimsy. Thin and weighed nothing - so I doubt they would last long in use in snow. According to the picture I saw, there was no zippier on the side, but mine came with a zipper. First, I want to confirm what over reviews have highlighted: buy these shoes at least 1 to 1 1/2 size UP! I wear a 7 and ordered a 8 1/2. I have worn these shoes with thick thermal sockets for the past few days in Chicago: it snowed and rained but my feet stayed nicely dry and warm. They also have a good grip and are comfortable to walk long distance.

I did not find the boots to be supportive or comfortable. They fit was correct as far as sizing, however there was not any support within the boots. I returned them for this reason.

Adorable boots, but way too small! I normally wear an 8, sometimes can fit a 7 1/2, so I ordered an 8 1/2 based on reviews. They are still too small. I feel like I’m stubbing my toe when I walk and that was with wearing thin socks. I’m going to reorder a size 9 1/2, that’s 1 1/2 sizes bigger than normal, just so I can make sure I have enough room with thick socks.
