This product is of very poor quality. The holes in the base were drilled improperly so that the crossbars are not parallel with the base or each other. The screws holding the crossbars in place repeatedly come lose with minimal use.

Towel bar holder does not tip over with just enough weight to make it sturdy yet easy to move. The bars on the top are not parallel and the screws tend to come loose.

Both towers bars support can be 4" higher so that the towel on the lower bar can be raised from the floor more. In general, the towel rack stand is well designed and feel sturdy.

You know it's bad for a product when you open the box and it comes with an additional baggy labeled "spare parts". Well, the first arm went together nicely, the second not so much. The screws were machined into the holes in a way that stripped them and made them impossible to remove to mount. Both of them. Then they broke. I'm tired of supporting such garbage quality control. Back it goes.

We bought this for our master bath. In the picture the towel bars look like they are beefier but in reality they are only about 1/2” thick. We kept it anyway

I needed a towel drying rack that would not take up a lot of space. This one is perfect. And the weighted base makes it much safer. Plus it is very attractive.

The center support and towel rods are hollow thin metal. Not sure how sturdy they will be over time. The ends of the towel rods are square, which may pose a risk to children & animals who might bump against the device.

Sturdy and looks great. I wish it was just a little taller. On the bottom row, a standard sized bath towel just barely fits without touching the floor.

It was easy to assemble. It will handle 2 folded regular size bath towels on each bar. If you want to dry out your towel after use only one per bar will fit unless its folded. It is a mid size rack. It worked out OK bacause I was placing it underneath a window.

The stand started to come loose from the marble stand after 1 week. No matter how tight I tighten the screws below, it keeps coming loose and will wobble when placing a towel on it.Unfortunately, since I threw out the box I cannot return this.

Bought to use next to tub to hang a towel to dry. A normal size bath towel hits the floor and there isn’t much room to fold the towel. We kept it bc it does the job but it looks funny

We have full slab Marble walls and did not want to drill holes for a hand towel bar, this counter stand works perfectly and lends itself well to the entire bathroom.

It's a good buy. The only negative is the fact that the height is not adequate. Another 6 inches added would make it perfect

This item is as promised in the Best Buy site. It is very sturdy and is easy to use. The base matches our tile floor. Highly recommended.
