Nice Styling, Very Leaky

Wanted a larger watering can for use in an outlying area of my yard where the hose won't reach. I really like the 2 gal. size and the colors are very nice. My issue is that it is leaky. The metal seam at the top where the splash shield attaches has gaps, so a full can spills water through it. Additionally, the threads for the sprinkler spout are terrible and the water leaks there too. I tried to add a rubber casket, as well as, thread tape, but neither option worked. Not the end of the world as

Came dented - pretty color - regret purchase

7/24 UPDATE: Water can LEAKS! It leaks from the top seams so that when you pour the water, additional water starts streaming from the seams. This is TRASH. Need to use flex seal or similar all along the seams. Probably should try to return it. What a freaking hassle. Leaks Everywhere in my review

While this can is attractive, water leaks out of the top and where the spout joins the stem. I’m throwing it out. Thanks for attention.

Caveat Emptor in my review

This watering can is so beautiful - and I believe in surrounding myself with beauty. I smiled as soon as I saw it on Ebay, and since there were only a few left in the color I chose, I ordered it quickly without reading the comments. That was my mistake.I really don’t like leaving a negative comment here. But I feel very negative about this watering can that I cannot use due to multiple leaking area as soon as I add water.It leaks around the bottom and it also leaks from where the the pouring…

Received my first item damaged;the nozzle was smashed on one side which caused water to not flow properly.Contacted the seller AND Ebay. Long story short, the Seller was great with replacing my item. We actually tried to just get a replacement nozzle but they sent out an entire new one. Very happy with the seller.My husband & I are very happy with this item. Sometimes I just need to water a few plants and I love that I can fill up to two gallons. Sturdy and very pretty. I can leave it outside…
