My SF-30 Suburban heater ran for 15 seconds and shut off. I did a little research and found that the sail switch is a problem on many older units. This part arrived quickly. Came in and ran like a champ. Problem solved.

I've had constant problems with the heater not turning on. This worked great at home and then when we got to the campsite the scope didn't work. After a lot of research (mainly on YouTube) I found that the problem is that the sail switch is dirty. Replaced with this little beauty and the problem is solved.

Was replaced when replacing the control board and thermal switch on my Suburban SF-30F Oven. And I went from a working fan, but without "clicks”, to copious heating in the shortest possible time. 2004 Thor Toy Dump Truck. Land stove S30f. The heater fan turned on but would not ignite the burner and then shut off. A little online research told me to replace the sail derailleur. Lo and behold, the heating works again! Getting the heater out of the cabinet is a bit tricky (I don't have an external panel to access the heater), it is mounted to the rear of the heater in the fan housing. Aside from that, if you have basic mechanical skills you can do this repair.
