The item arrived slightly crumpled in the packaging. Installed anyway and took 4 hours to install as we had to lower the drawer to make room for the panel to be lowered. Works well.

Unit was dented on arrival but we were able to install it in a usable position. I wish the screw holes were recessed and black to match the device, but there's nothing we can do about that. All in all, it serves a purpose.

The first one arrived sounding like a maraca, it took a direct hit in shipping and the glass arrived as crumbs in the box. The second came two days later, alive and well, looking great. More pillows could have been used in the package. Good quality, exactly what I wanted.

I could have given 5 stars if this product had come with the manufacturer's instructions and the cutting hole template on the counter mentioned on the note that came with it. There was also a curve on the front lip. The rest of the product looks great.

I had to buy this to replace the broken one. The plastic screws are annoying, not strong enough and there are all sorts of little pins and such. I got the distinct impression that they make these ovens in such a way that you end up just buying a new oven. Like everything in an RV, it is small, breaks easily and is difficult to replace.

It came with a broken plastic screw but we just removed one from the old glass cover! Also, we figured out what broke our old glass lid: we left it half-folded over the burner area when only the front burner was lit; Once, when I was moving a hot kettle, it touched the rim of the bottom glass. Within a minute or so that jar was exploding everywhere! I won't do that again with this new glass!

It turned out that we already have a suitable hob in our mobile home. You only need this flush-mount cover. Countertop reinforcement is amazing in our tiny kitchen. The lack of a template initially made us a little nervous about assembly, but the included instructions for drawing the correct cutting hole worked very well.
