Obviously this wand does not come cheap, it is one of the most expensive items you will get. Unfortunately, mine broke after prolonged use! It just wouldn't turn on anymore. Really disappointing. I do NOT recommend if you want a long-term return on your investment. I will contact the store.

My sister bought from store and they have been working for 3 years, I gave up Revain and stopped working less than a year after purchase. I liked it when it worked, but as soon as I turned it on it just wouldn't light up to notice it was on or getting warm. Such a disappointment and no way to contact the seller. If I ever buy again, it won't be from this seller!

I bought this curling iron as a Christmas present for my daughter as she loves to work with her hair. The curls were the perfect size and she has long hair that reaches her waist. Stops working after 40 uses. I emailed Sultra customer service and they sent me a replacement in less than a week!
