Incredible product! This is the only tool I've found that actually allows my hair to hold its curls. I love it and highly recommend it to everyone!

Didn't work on my hair. I have very thin, medium length natural hair. It just likes to do what it naturally does. But I think it's great for other hair types. Well made, long cable. The only heat that works on my hair is a regular 3/4 inch curling iron. My hair just looked lifeless.

This product was great for the first year that I had it. I used it about 2-3 times a month and it curled up really well. But for over $130 a rod you can expect it to last over a year if not used daily. The rod just stopped working - it won't turn on or heat up - after a year of ownership. Just when the warranty ran out. Wouldn't recommend it.

I bought this curling iron in April this year and it just stopped working, before that there were no problems with it. I don't see how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

This crap curling iron broke completely for me in a month. never dropped or anything, just the light flickered one day and it stopped heating. I highly recommend getting a $30 Remington wand.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have other Sultra clipless curling irons and I really like them. However, that is another story. Has a textured surface to prevent slipping. These "anti-slip" nubs leave your hair full of bumps. It makes your hair look like chickenpox! I returned immediately. Stay away from this model.
