DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I was only able to wear this product on my arm for 5 minutes. It caused intense burning and left marks when I pulled it off. It did not come off easily and felt like my skin was ripping with it. I would not recommend this product

Absolutely worthless

As a chronic pain person, I've tried a variety of topical creams and patches for my numerous orthopedic and nerve damage issues. While I continually confirm that Tiger Balm products are the most effective, most other products I've tried offer some benefit. This one does absolutely nothing. Not even the slightest hint of any warmth or analgesic effect. Do not waste your money. Go with Tiger Balm or Biofreeze.

They itch, but they work!

I generally use Salon Pas for occasional back pain and get some relief. I tried these and I was amazed. I was sleeping on an unsuitable bed and my back was bothering me. I put one of these on and within a half hour, I forgot I had back pain! There was still some stiffness, but exercise took care of that. I gave a couple to my mom, who had arthritis in her back. She was able to stand to straight again. She still had minor pain, but they worked better than anything else she had tried.Two things…

No pain relief; useless

You don’t really feel that it’s there once applied on and falls off after a couple of hours. Doesn’t relieve pain or have any heat to it. Pretty much useless in my opinion

Effective, painless, and odor free

These patches are easier to adhere than most, and last about 6 hours. The menthol is a powerful pain reliever and surprised me by not smelling strongly. Very satisfied.
