May fit a smaller person but if you are 5'7" or taller and have flesh don't expect this to work well. You can put it on and it might help improve posture, but I have to assume it would work better if it was bigger and had a better fit.

The item in the picture does not match the item I received. Image shows additional straps for support, this is a vest only, it does not wrap around the front of the body to ensure stability. Won't stay in place and is very painful. Promise. Not a good buy.

Like many others, I bought this product because many others have already done so. I personally find it incredibly uncomfortable, the straps dig into the skin, it has no back support and it doesn't help with my posture. I was really hoping for a home run, but unfortunately it was more of a full rainy day. :(

This product is great. it was incredibly easy to assemble and attach. It took me 2 minutes to open the box, assemble the straps and put them on. It's also quite comfortable, the straps are soft and don't dig into my armpits like some posture correctors do. I've also noticed a decrease in general back pain since I started wearing it.

Pretty easy to put on. The problem is that if you don't wear it loose, it won't stay as it should. Then he's not doing his job. Just look at the picture and you'll see what should have caught my eye. The straps rub against the front of the armpits, leaving a sensitive rash. Yes, it pulls your shoulders back, but it's still easy to lean forward if the straps are loose enough to avoid underarm burns.
