Great resources and assistance with many troubleshooting projects

They are very knowledgeable about our industry as well as other aspects of IT such as networking/security etc..I have no complaints at this time but I will say that it would be great if they could do more training for us out-of state employees so we can become fully vested members just like those who work within 50 miles from where ever you live or your nearest branch office location! We use them to assist me manage my daily tasks since i am not an expert computer user myself nor does anyone…

Pros
  • Knowledgeable, experienced with all types technology in business settings along wth good followup communications via phone calls & emails (this is important) always prompt response times too ! :) also their customer service reps' attitude / demeanor makes one feel comfortable immediately upon contacting SBA inc.and having conversations over phones ,voicemail messages ect..etc...not sure how much longer sbainc should continue using voip telephone systems instead going back into land

Summit Business Associates Inc - Great vendor - gets great results

I liked that they were willing to work on very large projects. They were always very responsive and did not hesitate to meet our deadlines. There were many times where they would ask for money, but that was just because of the nature of the project. We used them when we needed someone who could handle very large projects with multiple vendors. Sometimes we had to go through several subcontractors before we found one that met all of our requirements. They will work to get you what you need at…
