I have thick, unruly hair and that's what I'm basing this review on. I just ordered my second bottle of Sun Bum Heat Protector and I love it. I iron my hair every day and because my hair is so thick I have to do it in layers and heat it to 430 degrees. I use this spray very lightly when my hair is damp and I apply it very lightly to dry, really unruly areas daily. I use this product on dry hair before applying a heat treatment and I love it! Pros: My hair smells like coconut even after using heat tools - no more burnt hair smell! My hair is shiny, soft and hydrated (I tend to have coarse, curly hair). The fog is very thin, the fog covers a large area, which can make it look a bit messy.
