Good but too quick for a 9ft table

Bought for my 9ft table. In the end it turned out to be too fast so I had to order a different speed but that's not the powder's fault. It works exactly as intended, but is better suited for large tables.

Perfect fit for a 9ft table

Number 1, 2 and 3 were too fast. No matter how lightly the pucks were pushed, they kept flying from the other side. 5 and 6 seemed to stick together and the pucks just randomly stopped. So far #4 Yellow Bear is perfect for my 9ft table.

Great Shuffleboard Wax Great Price Great Experience

We just finished building our shuffleboard and this wax couldn't be better for it. It was perfect for our 16 foot shuffleboard. I did some research beforehand and although #4 would be the best and it was perfect. The speed is excellent and it would be great for those playing for fun. I would recommend this shuffleboard wax to anyone who has a 12-22 foot shuffleboard table.

Not for pros, good for beginners

I bought this level 4 speed because the only other one I've ever used was #1 and it's for beginners or when the table isn't 100% just is, was too fast. #1 is more like a tiny silicon ball that makes the pucks slide very quickly, while #4 is more like sand/sawdust. My table is 14 feet long and I personally find that speed good for beginners but not really. as entertainment for experienced players. Currently I will not spend more money on any other speed, but if I buy again I will buy Speed #2…

Cakes and plows for cleaning the house

Even after mixing with silicone, the first 2-3 games went perfectly, I was thrilled. After a few games I washed off the powder and reapplied. Dry patches soon formed, preventing the pucks from slipping and causing problems with plowing. I thought I put too much powder on the table so I washed off all the powder and reapplied. It was more than obvious where I didn't have enough powder, so I applied a little more to cover dry areas, and then a little more until I got to table level to make sure I

The market is cornered

Sun-Glo is pretty much the only major shuffleboard company in the world. I would suggest reading up on their various "wax" speeds to find one that works for you. The lower the number, the faster the rate. If you want a slower game or like me you have a small table (14ft) you need something taller.
