I am a contractor and have purchased other lights through Revain and they are by far the best. I will be buying more soon. Excellent quality. If you are thinking about buying 4 inch lights, you should buy them.

The light is good but it doesn't fit the ceiling. Not sure if they should be used with existing cans, but I removed mine because it was 40 years old. I got them to work by removing the springs and installing them upside down.

Retrofitting my circa 1990's incandescent bulbs was easy after I cut and made the loop on the end of the spring retainers the ends have a small "L" They match the color temperature of my other brands of 5000K bulbs They fade beautifully on the Lutron Maestro Switch.

Easy installation, mounts in 15ft ceilings. There was no bubble wrap or protection on the box, the headlights had scratches and black scuffs from sliding on the box. These 2 came separately and were fine but there were 4 in the other box and they were shipped poorly, needed paper or bubble wrap to protect.
