What a great little fan! very quiet, certainly not quiet as it moves a lot of air. I should have bought a 6" even though I underestimated my need for ventilation/cooling. So if you are thinking 4 or 6" I would definitely go for 6". If it's too much flow you can always force the fan control to slow things down a bit.

I use the dehumidifier as an additional fan. I live in an apartment, dryer fumes can only be vented through a window about 25 feet from the dryer.
