My husband loved these and only wanted them for cold ice cubes. After all, this is their main advertisement. Unfortunately, the details for the ice cube are not displayed. I'm sure they would be better for candy, chocolate or jelly molds but not ice cream molds. He's disappointed that this isn't what he expected.

There were HAIRS in the product. The hair has literally woven into the Tie Fighter's molding and this must have happened during production as the hair goes through the silicone to the other side. The trim itself is very thin and paper thin, but I wouldn't bother if I wasn't so disgusted with the hair situation. To return. A total bummer because we are huge Star Wars fans and I really wanted them.

I hate giving these one star because they can be so amazing but the silicone is horribly thin or they used a cheap material because after one use they fell apart. Large holes rupture at thin or weak spots when removing the first ice cubes from 3 trays, and on the second try with the remaining trays, all but 2 trays are ripped. Wanted to replace but don't think they will last so got my money back and am trying to forget all the ice cubes and chocolates I won't be making anymore :(

This is a fantastic set at an incredible price. Very high quality silicone. However, the design is too complex and flimsy to work well as an ice cube mold - the result is a very crude sculpture, often shattered. Han Solo in carbonite, for example, is simply ineffective.
