Bad quality: Really cheap quality. The attached instructions do not contain enough information. The site is just as uninformative. Cheap hookup wire (low current) and not equipped with screw terminal connections. Good: Product works as advertised. Surprisingly, the voltage "regulates" to the required value so as not to overcharge the battery with a simple switching operation.
