High quality backflow preventer (pack of 2) that works as described. Includes 4 extra rubber washers and Teflon tape in a handy plastic case for easy storage. I thought it was a good price for what you get.

To be honest the worst part was removing the old brake as the set screw was over tightened and broke off (as expected from some odd rule or regulation) . ). This new one snapped straight into place, I tightened the set screw and did NOT break it so I can easily replace the part in the future.

I used these backflow preventers to replace the terrible ones I had in my house. With them the water doesn't splash everywhere when I connect the hose. There are no leaks or anything like that. Very happy with my purchase as so far they work perfectly. They come with extra washers so you can replace those in the hose if you like.

Good value - 2 vacuum switches. I know you have to turn the screw until it breaks, but it's a big problem when your vacuum breaker fails after a few years on the road and you have to take it off your bib to replace it. Instead I use a 5mm socket head cap screw. Thanks to the people on the internet who came up with this brilliant idea.

I've used these anti-siphon devices before so I know what they should do. The first of two packs started leaking out of the drain holes on the first day, which should only leak when the pipe/riser is shut off, and not constantly spitting water (poor seals). The second leaked while the hose was in use, resulting in a large loss of water. In short, both units failed miserably. I've installed a lot of irrigation and am familiar with plumbing. It's garbage. I bought these in March but have never run water down my garden hose as I didn't think anything could go wrong with them. Up until this last weekend (May 2nd) I was putting water in my garden hose, one of which didn't work right away. Water shot straight out of the anti-siphon holes, I removed it immediately. While the other came ready to use, I thought it wise to purchase two packs at a time. But after 3 days the water started leaking again. Although it turns out that neither of these worked…

The check valve in my sprinkler system was pretty old and mineralized so I figured it was time to replace it. This package seems like a good deal as it comes with two devices, washers and teflon tape. The first one I put on constantly dripped out of one of the drain holes with a fine spray. significant constant dripping from drain holes. I put my old one back in and it doesn't drip anymore. I still plan on replacing it, but not with these. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the washers
