They won't work if you have a quick release system.

When I bought them, I didn't know they wouldn't work with a bike wheel with a quick release. I expected to have no trouble installing chainstays on the wheel axle. I was wrong. I solved the problem by drilling new mounting holes and trimming the struts with bolt cutters. These fenders are wider than my bike's frame, but the metal is flexible and if I want to put fat tires on my bike in the future, I'm ready.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Those are very cool wings. I wanted the flash to be down.

Very cool wings. I wanted a bell at the bottom. See photos. I put the standard wing inside the sunlite wing to show the length comparison. Also with standard fender on the front wheel and Sunlite. These are very durable wings and are excellent quality at a reasonable price. I am very happy with it. The bike is a 26" men's beach cruiser. They fit well but I was determined to make them work on this bike.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities

Review of Cheap Chrome Picks

Cleaned the 1st set but forgot to wax them before installing. They were already rusting before I realized my mistake (narf!) so I only replaced them after 3 years. The new set has been heavily waxed twice. This is a uranium camouflage to make my red Cannondale less attractive to thieves. My trek calls for smaller fenders and thinner tires. I recently bought a blue Schwinn tricycle, electrified it and would like to purchase a kit to go with it. I have an Aosom trailer with matching 20" fenders.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Nice set of wings, perfect fit

Nice set of wings. They fit perfectly into this July 2017 cruiser project (pretty cool because there's never a "straight fit"). The metallic brown cruiser has a stock 26" frame (I put antique white 26" x 2.35" tires on the rims). I ended up buying a second set (Fall 2017) for my 26" Schwinn Cruiser project and they fit just as well as the first one. This bike is made, please see the photo.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast

They're wide in the sport

They fit my triple fork throttle bike frame easily but some bikes require a fender mod to get them I'm sure. The finish was good with no dents and they weren't warped or anything like that. came well packaged. They're fairly easy to adapt to almost anything, but this may require some modifications to the springs and additional hardware. They came with all the hardware but that might not be all you need depending on what you need to do, that's the point lol. For the money I would say they are as

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Expensive

They are not exactly matched to SCHWINN LEGACY fenders.

They look great but connect to an AXLE rather than simple eyelets on front and rear forks. The braces are a little thin compared to the original. What I really don't like is the notch for the chain. As you can see from the original, it's quite large and perfectly positioned for the chain to slide past smoothly. The notch on the rear fender is not as large and the adjustable end plate does NOT allow enough chain movement to align.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Quality wings, cheap props. It's good if you crash your loved one's bike.

These wings saved my marriage. Well, that's not entirely true. I crashed my wife's Electra beach boat and damaged the wings. So I got them hoping they would work. They did. I used the original mounts instead of the ones that came with the kit as they were flimsy. Plus, they fit well and look pretty cool. The marriage comment, while exaggerated, saved me from repeated looks of disdain. And that's enough for me for five stars!

Pros
  • This is amazing

  • Matching

Excellent for this money!

Good fender lining. Only the upper bracket for attachment to the frame was not welded to the rear fender. I just drilled a few holes in the fender and secured it with zip ties. I also noticed that the support arms are mounted on axle bolts and don't match my factory mounting points. This is normal, just make sure the pivot bolts stick out long enough for the nut to slide back onto the pivot bolt. For the price, the look and workmanship make a very good impression. I'll see how long they last on

Nice and approachable

I really like the look of the fenders on my bike. I have a pig tit. Came without wings. They are really good and affordable! I didn't install the two front spacers because the fork on my bike was in the way. It's strong enough with just one strut as it's also attached to the fork. I've seen videos online on how to attach the wings. I'm not a bike mechanic at all, but I did everything myself. I deflated the tires to attach them instead of taking the tire off like in some videos. Attached are…

  • Dope 🔥
