If you keep it in a semi-warm place, it's great. If it's not warm, it shoots a straight stream of oil until it's thick. a little to get that fine spray. After a few weeks even warm up nothing good. It fires like a squirt gun and squirts back at you and the whole counter, making a real mess.

This is a great pump. With water it fogged up just the way I needed it. However, when I applied avocado oil, there was no mist. I returned for a refund. I was disappointed and ready to try again. Possibly, and more likely, I'm wondering if "my oil was thick". It was in a dark bottle so I didn't notice but I wish I had tasted the canola oil before returning it.

Nice glass bottle as described, worked fine for 2 weeks then just stopped spraying. I flushed the pump with hot water and tried again to prime it but nothing happened. It also doesn't spatter or fog up as advertised, more like a jet of oil that seeps out intermittently. Soak a piece of food. I think you pay for what you get. Next time I will buy a better atomizer. money wasted. I would not recommend anyone to buy this oil dispenser.

I ordered this product specifically for olive oil. I wanted to be able to spray on a nice thin layer of olive oil while cooking. This will spray a nice thin layer of water or other thin liquid, but no olive oil. I don't know if this is a way to increase the rating but cleanliness and thickness are not the words I need to rate this oil sprayer. It's glass and it's transparent. For some oils, such as B.
