Cheaper than the Microsoft version and works just as well. There isn't much difference except that the price is better.

The charger that came with the Surface Go 2 broke after a few weeks and wouldn't charge anymore. We requested a warranty replacement but it should have taken a week or two. We urgently needed something for my child's online lessons. We ordered it in the meantime and it arrived the next day. Works great and no problems so far!

What is the use of a charger if the socket is to be next to the laptop to be charged? Unfortunately, I didn't see any indication that this charger was that short. Not as long as the original. More than 2 feet shorter, making it useless to use the laptop while charging. just be careful Most of the time, high values don't indicate a problem with it. How is that possible? Can only be used at home when not using my laptop so length is not an issue. But I teach, so I use my laptop a lot.

I have found that the slightest movement of my Surface will cause the charging port to fail and/or drop connectivity to the point where charging stops. I travel quite a bit and travel a lot for work, so this has become an issue. If you're just using it to charge your computer when you're not using it, it works fine, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to use it while it's plugged in.

My old surface charger is worn out and now it doesn't have a good connection, but the original Microsoft charger is too expensive. Until I find this cheaper replacement I find it reliable after a month of use and good for travel too!

Not all Surface Pro chargers are created equal. If you have the Core i5, Core i7 version, you will get another more powerful charger with a USB adapter that can charge your phone from the same power bank. However, base models with Core m3 processors use a much less power-hungry processor and require less power.
