Fur. Computers and accessories

If you have an external hard drive, it does not support file transfer back and forth. If you have an iPhone and try to connect to your computer through this product, it doesn't even work. So honestly I would advise you to buy something else. Windows Surface Pro Go 2019.

Excellent workmanship

Great product. The only problem with this adapter is that it also fits in the headphone jack. So I can't use my bluetooth speaker. I would need to connect the speaker to an adapter to use the speaker.

Ethernet port not reliable

I bought this specifically for the ethernet port. While the other ports were good, the ethernet seemed unreliable and sometimes failed to connect. I tested it with my other laptop and it's not a cable issue.

Eh Docking station

This product is OK. I tried plugging in a USB stick and it doesn't read it on any port. It works when I connect an HDMI cable to my computer screen, but the USB ports don't read anything I put into them. Needless to say, this only works halfway, which sucks. I love that it plugs into the side of my computer, but I want it to work all the way.

Works great so far. Painless setup.

no problems so far, mostly configurable. I wanted one with an HDMI port for an HDMI TV so I didn't need reading glasses to see the Go screen. .This one has it, and what's being sold by Microsoft is about 1/3 the price too. Has 2 USB ports. Also bought a mouse/keyboard combo that only uses one USB port to run both.

Good gadget for laptop accessories

Wow, fits perfectly. Works as expected. Many Thanks. Works very well when you want to transfer files from flash drives and old portable hard drives to your cellphone via USB ports which vary from phone to phone. Not only with the SURFACE GO 2, but also with the SURFACE GO 1. This adapter is available in 2 different versions. Get both if you need one or the other.

Fits exactly into my Microsoft Surface Go 2

I am satisfied with the docking station and would buy it again. There is only one thing to note. If your Surface has a solid case cover, the connector position on that particular dock will not connect when the case cover is attached. It has two connectors and when inserted lies against the side of the monitor. The stable housing cover cannot accommodate this type of connector.
