Best tool for employee performance management

The best thing about survale is that it helps you understand your employee's performance in detail which allows us to take better decisions as per our organization requirement. It also lets me know what my team needs so I can work towards solving those issues or help them grow further if they are doing well already. Very helpful to improve employee engagement and customer satisfaction

The ability it has helped me understand what my team is doing well as opposed having just been told by HR or management that we are great! It also gives you actionable recommendations so when I get back in touch they know exactly where i need help/where improvement needs happening. Nothing specific but would like better reports coming out which helps us use our time wisely - reporting can be improved if there were some new features added such as graphs etc (which isn't too much work). great software to manage your applicants / candidates

The ability that it gives us access too all our job applications in one place is great! It also allows me as HR Manager so much easier manage my applicants/candidates profile which makes everything run smoother!! I'd say nothing really negative about this product but maybe adding some other features like automatic emailing or notification when applicant submits application would be nice?
