I wanted to put "0" stars, but the system didn't allow it. None of these lamps worked after installation. I had to buy new ones from another company. I missed the return date because we had construction delays.

Great product but the crystal ball is cracked which is the only reason I give it 3 stars. The instructions are essentially useless, but it's a pretty self-explanatory setup in my opinion, so not too bad. They look great, but I don't want to order a whole new lamp just because of the crystal ball!

gold very orange and cheap. I couldn't find another bracket that would fit because I needed the length, so I decided to paint the metal parts gold spray paint. It's looking a lot better now. Also had to purchase additional screws to install the bracket as these were not supplied.

I really wanted to love these lamps and they are really beautiful. Installation was a challenge for us due to the location of the screws, although we bought new screws and fixed the issue. Then the J-shaped arm buckled under the weight of the glass ball and couldn't stay straight. Finally, contrary to the product description, the lamp uses medium-sized E26 bulbs. Unfortunately we are sending them back.

The base plate is not big enough to cover a standard junction box, luckily my husband was able to fix the wall and get it working. The globe is scratched, the globe is misaligned, and the cable is tilted, requiring you to insert something into the cable's tube to keep it straight. There were no instructions in each box (we ordered two) and no lamp requirements in the lamp section that each lamp usually has.
