Reversing camera without car electronics

Installation was easy, pressing the clips was a bit annoying, seems to fit well on 2018z. correct 2018 and later the camera has changed and you need someone to connect it.

Fits my WRX like a glove

Must have been a factory radio. Sounds great, has great built-in apps for radio, music, GPS, etc. The main home screen is awesome. The steering wheel controls worked like magic with the radio. All the necessary cables were included with the radio. Simply unplug the old radio, plug in the cables to the car, plug in the new radio. It was so easy. The hardest part was removing the left screw in the old radio. Tip: Tilt the handlebars up and you can access the left screw without removing theโ€ฆ

Headache and not for 2016 Crosstrek

I really wanted to like this radio. I really did. Here are my problems: 1. CarPlay is very popular or non-existent. First, if you plan to start your car remotely, your phone won't connect to CarPlay until you turn your car off and on again. It's like there's a 10 second window when you start the car, the radio tries to connect and then gives up before fully restarting. I've tried simply turning the radio off and on again, but that only worked when the engine itself was off for a few secondsโ€ฆ

Easy installation I love the features! SWC + reversing camera is fully functional!

2017 Forester 2.5i w/o Navigation w/o Harmon Kardon I can't believe I've waited so long for this update. Installation was very easy, everything you need was included. I had a little trouble getting the rear camera to work, but I emailed them and they got back to me right away. They wanted me to take a picture of my rig and I was in no rush to take the dash apart again and was planning on doing it this morning. While I was sleeping THEY emailed me a picture of the required connection and thatโ€ฆ

Not Plug and Play for XV Crosstrek 2014 with stock Head Unit FM622US

First off let me say that overall this is a good head unit but it is NOT straight plug and play. Android tablet with decent specs so apps run fast, screen looks good and transitions are smooth. Anything I can think of that I would like to drive in my car, I can do. - Android Auto works both wired and wireless, I haven't been able to test Carplay yet as I don't have an Apple device. You finally installed it. The included free navigation software works great and will definitely come in handy ifโ€ฆ
