The ability for us as sales people in our organization, not only with but without training can be used by others within each region/department that we have access too! This has been very beneficial especially since I am no longer at my previous job where i was able use this software all day long everyday (which helped me get promoted). It takes some time getting familiarized wth how it works due its learning curve however once you do figure out what your looking after doing will become easier…
