An absolute must when implementing contact centre solutions

I have worked with many other call centers over my career, but no one has been able to match what they can do for you! It’s simple really - if your looking at ways of reducing customer costs or increasing sales by making more phone calls then look nowhere else!! We've seen huge improvements in our own productivity levels since we implemented Call Center One & 2 years ago now (and it was worth every penny!). Their staff are all extremely knowledgeable about both products as well excellent…

Pros
  • They listen carefully when speaking directly into their system before sending out an agent; this allows us time saving information that is accurate while also allowing agents enough preparation prior calling customers / potential clients.They constantly keep up date through training opportunities too..which helps maintain best practice across teams within multiple sites throughout UK/Europe !

Good solid IT Consultancy services delivered

I have been working at this agency for over six years now, it has always had good people who work hard & are dedicated in what they do! They can be very busy but that doesn't mean there isn’t an opportunity out of hours or weekends if required - so you never get stuck with nothing going!! There may sometimes seem like too many projects running simultaneously (especially when new systems/software rolls around) however we know our clients well enough where priorities will change as needed…

Pros
  • I feel as though the team is well organised and the way the office is laid out works well as there is plenty of room for both working and socialising
Cons
  • Sometimes it seems as though things are just a little over complex for the level of knowledge of the members of my team as we're not always well informed on all projects and can sometimes work out the wrong way but I feel this is a problem that is resolved easily

Easy set up / Great Customer Support

We love how easy it was to setup and run our system, we also love that they are constantly updating their system with new features and applications. They have been nothing but helpful and professional, always willing to go above and beyond for us. Occasionally you can get an issue where your phone calls aren't transferred over to the right agent. We've had this happen maybe once every two months or so and usually after a few minutes of waiting the call just drops and you have to start all over…

Pros
  • Easy to use interface very simple navigation.
  • Ease in finding help documentation online from within synergexpense solutions dashboard area which makes my life easier as i donm t even know alot if jargon words like "cloud hosting" etc..I work full time at home doing business development stuff related directly into IT Services industry; )The product allows me ease accessability without any issues
