Bought for my mentally challenged brother. He likes to hear how many steps he takes at work. He knows how to handle it well. We don't use the application. It's just one of those things he "should have" to be happy. Looks solid and fairly reliable.

I've used this before. I like the easy adjustment of timing and stride length. Since I don't wear a watch, the watch function helps me a lot. It works well and the batteries are easy to swap out if needed. Fine precision means it will break if dropped. That's why I like it when I can pin it. It helps me keep track of both my workouts and my daily activities.

Miles are not counted, only kilometers and this cannot be changed. The picture should not show miles as this is not what you will receive with the item.
