This was a great combination set of two jump ropes. They are very easy to cut to size to accommodate different sizes. During the recent homeschooling my 9 year old had to do "gym” twice a week and he incorporated the jump roping into his routine. My wife loves it as she has had to do more at home working out with no gyms open. Good value.

Might be too light weight. Tangle free. Stores well without tangling. Handle stickers coming off after a few uses, but no biggie. Happy with my purchase. Light use 3 times daily for 500 skips.

This product is not high end jump rope material, but it is good for beginners and definitely light weight . And you and its easy to shorten the rope for your particular height

Definitely a rope you can jump, so it absolutely functions as intended. And you get two, it didn't occur to me when I was selecting the two colors that I was getting two separate jump ropes, I just thought maybe interchangeable handles, but nope, two separate ropes. I'll say this much about the adjustable function, watch a YouTube video, measure your jump rope to your height, and then use a little super glue to secure the caps as I noticed they have a tendency to pop off if they're not cranked…

For the price there is nothing to complain about, does not have the quality in the handles and rope of commercial grade, feels lighter than good quality gym ropes. With all the "great" reviews I thought was going to receive a better product; I got what I paid for.

I used product to stay fit and to help burn fat. I like it. It's easy to adjust to desired length for both myself and my son which is 7yrs old. Please with my order and product I would buy again in future. Please note there is a wire in the jump rope that looks like you will have jump rope for a long time. So I think its durability is a plus and long lasting for the price.
