Works and loads, not sure if performance is right.

Works fine until I'm sure the output is really 3 amps. at 54.6 volts. That's 163.8 watts. But the label says 150 watts. However, the heat development seems to be too low for these amounts. It is necessary to perform a load time test.

Pros
  • Still happy
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Needed a charger for our Addmotor electric bikes and this works very well. I was concerned that it is MUCH lighter than the standard charger, but it does an excellent job on full batteries. Charge it at high speed, plug it in and the red light indicates it is charging, green light when the battery is full. However, the green light no longer works, but it's still great and charges the battery well. Basically, when the red light goes off, you know the battery is fully charged, so the green light…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Suitable for Juiced Crosscurrent.

So I'm writing this review with some trepidation and I'll explain why. I really like this charger, it's small, light weight, has a long power cord, built in fan and has been working fine for 8 months. The only problem is that the fan stopped working recently. Loading still loads, but without the fan running it gets very hot. So I'm not sure how long this charger will last even though I bought a two year protection plan. Update: Charger stopped working. I sent a message to the seller telling him

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Little things
