It is very difficult to read the numbers on the black bar and difficult to tell where the arrow/marker is on the scale. I think I spent $5.

It works great and allowed me to order the ring the right size. Super simple concept and design hence the low price. I've also preferred it to other systems that have about 20 metal rings. It's literally a non-locking zipper with measurements on it. Love it!

It was very easy to use but when I measured the ring size it showed 4.5. But my friend got me a ring from Tiffany & Co. and I was a size 4. I'm sure it's different in most stores, but for the most part it was pretty easy to use and will probably get more accurate for ordinary stores be.

Great concept but not the precision I was looking for. Since it's not a fixed point between dimensions, it tends to move and wobble, which doesn't give me much confidence in its accuracy. I ordered these to accurately size my online shopping rings. I even tested the American Calibrator on my ring mandrel and still felt there was too much room for error when investing in the custom rings I wanted to get.

Works well as a ring gauge. You'll see that "1" starts at the first label, and for all subsequent numbers, you must use the "end" of the number for the whole number, not half. If the arrow is pointing to the "1" in any of the two digit numbers (10-17), then your ring size is half. For example, my arrow is pointing to the first in the number "11", so my ring size is 10.5 .
