Customer service was excellent as returns were easy. The problem is that the thermometer showed a temperature that was 3-8 degrees higher than the real one. It reads 45 degrees Fahrenheit when the temperature is 37 degrees and other times it reads 37 degrees when it is 34 degrees. This made it impossible to use as the difference was not consistent. This was measured with two reliable dial thermometers. The display is excellent and easy to read; I only wish I could trust what he said!

I am very happy with my purchase. I recently bought a new beverage cooler and was looking for a small digital thermometer to put in the fridge to see the cooler's temperature. It's working well so far and it's nice that I can see the fridge temperature through the clear glass door. I used it for a couple of weeks and paid about $8. Thermometer hanging in any direction. The hanger folds into a stand when you don't want to hang it up. It has a very small built in magnet, but the only metal in my fridge is wire racks. It won't stick securely to the grate or, even more firmly, to the outside of the fridge. There is no other place in my fridge for a magnet to stick, other than wire mesh.
