They have been changed and not for the better. The pads have a raised foam border around the Velcro. Now it's gone. The disc is up and doesn't give you the right to make a mistake if the polisher leaves you.

I found nothing wrong with the pad's construction or durability, but I had trouble pairing it with a good correction product to complement its correction level. That's my fault, just for trying a few random polishes I'm sure I'll eventually find the right product and use this pad regularly in my rotation.

I've put quite a few miles on this seal! A few years ago I replaced those foam pads with everything but my compound. Once you get used to them, they will be hard to beat. TCP pads are really good. For the final depilation I used a white pad but now I prefer a green pad. It is designed for final hair removal and does its job really well. Do not exaggerate!
