TEAMGROUP AX2 Internal Compatible T253A3001T0C101 Review

Last night I booted up my computer and found that this drive is delaying Windows 10 loading. It has 33GB of usable space and uses 100% drive speed for 45 minutes. For some reason I can't format it, it's always open. I already did a full wipe with ccleaner to try to clean it. Anyway, I have SSDs that are 10x older and actually only saved about $20 compared to other SSDs. I will not try this brand again.

It cost $74 at the time. For the money this is a very good wheel for its size. I have had many Teamgroup products and have never had a problem with them. Yes, there are faster 2.5 SSDs like Samsung, but they are much more expensive. I bought 4 of these for my kids gaming computers. You will only save games on them. I compared this to the Samsung SSD I have in Crystaldiskmark and the speeds were the same, Sansung was slightly faster. You will never notice the difference in the real game world…

This 1TB SSD replaced a 500GB Samsung SSD in the underutilized but growing Windows 10 Pro 64-bit system. After a few weeks, Windows sometimes started in minutes instead of seconds. I used it on PS4 PRO. Lasted a few months. I received this on August 17, 2020. I replaced the 500GB hard drive in my car because I had another one I own with another SDD brand with the same size and download speed and everything else replaced was at least 3 times faster. Not this time, it's slower. I don't know if this is a brand or if I had to change to a larger size, but why not another? Swap apples for apples.
