I installed this on my HD Tri Glide (brake side). I did this to take advantage of the USB port just behind it. I installed the system myself and had no problems. However, with an extra pair of hands, the installation would have been smoother. So far I believe the holder lives up to the ad. The grip and the position suit my setup very well. Time will tell if this system can withstand normal wear and tear. I will follow up if my rating needs to be changed.

Made of durable high quality material and looks good on the motorcycle. Very easy installation! Update: After 2 1/2 months and initially giving it 5 stars, I should have given it 1 star now. This item was great and worked great until one day I got on my bike and ripped the plastic nut holding the cell grip upright. Not sure if this is a defective part or just cheap stuff. I feel like they should have made this nut out of lightweight aluminum instead.

Excellent fastening, but with a problem. First, the mount is excellent and holds my phone securely. I have two bikes and both have them. I went down and the phone stayed in place. Now the problem. If you overtighten, the plastic nut holding the head will break. I split them into both mounts. I would prefer a metal nut to a plastic nut. First off, this is the second techmount I've received. I had to send the first one back in frustration because it didn't have the stock bolts for my Harley application. Other than that, Revain did an excellent job and immediately sent me a second block with the necessary screws. This device perfectly holds my Galaxy S10+ with a case. It's a big phone and it holds up securely on my Harley. This allows me to mount my phone on the right side of the steering wheel to connect to my Android Auto USB.

Okay, I've been using this mount for a little over a year. First let me say this is a good mount, it holds my phone in high speeds and vibrations and has never been dropped. I have full confidence in this mount to keep my phone where it is. Well the reason I gave it 3 stars although it is a very good mount is the adhesive they use to mount the phone wears off over time. .
